Cellular Potts models in the browser with Artistoo 1.2.0. Cell sorting starts from a randomly mixed aggregate of two cell types; when cells of the same type stick to each other more strongly than to the other type, the types sort out. Migrating cell runs the Act model, where a single cell crawls by reinforcing recently protruded pixels.
